  • MARKETS:  Atlanta (Fulton County, Gwinnett & Cobb Counties), Los Angeles (Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles Counties)
  • TYPE: Single Family Homes, Land, Multifamily Apartments (2 – 100+ Units)
  • PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 Bedrooms, Minimum of 1 Bathroom, Minimum of 1200 Sqft
  • TRANSACTION SIZE: Up to $1,000,000
  • ROI REQUIREMENT: 15% Minimum
  • OFF-MARKET: Non Listed Properties
  • DIRECT TO SELLER: No Broker Chains
  • DISCOUNTED: There Must Be Equity – We will not buy any properties that are being sold at the retail value.
  • FAST CLOSINGS: Our average transaction takes anywhere from 3 weeks or less to close.
